Word Of the Manager Studies and Examination Department
The Faculty of Science is one of the faculties of the University of Tripoli, and the study in it follows the open semester system, where the study program for each department of the faculty is distributed over (8) semesters, namely the fall semester and the spring semester for one university academic year.
· Autumn: It begins in the first week of September.
· Spring: It begins no later than the third week of February.
The Faculty of Science is one of the oldest and largest faculties of the university, as it has contributed since its establishment in 1957 to the graduation of qualified cadres who have greatly helped in advancing development in our beloved country, as it includes among its corridors a group of faculty members supported by an equivalent staff of administrators and technicians serving thousands of students of the University of Tripoli, in addition to its largest role in teaching basic sciences to a number of university faculties. During the past three years, the college has taken confident steps in the field of development and upgrading its educational outputs, so it has updated its study programs to keep pace with modern scientific development in order to achieve the eligibility of its graduates to compete in the labor market and enable them to serve the country effectively.
The college includes many laboratories and laboratories equipped with the latest technologies and modern equipment that help students, researchers and faculty members in conducting advanced research and studies. The college strives hard to serve the community by providing specialized courses and workshops, as well as holding conferences and seminars, and participating in scientific forums locally and abroad.
Vision
The department looks forward to the continuous development of the assessment and examination systems at the college, aiming to elevate and transition to a digital system using the latest electronic systems. This is to enhance the college's position to qualify it for a distinguished status among local and regional universities. Additionally, we are making concerted efforts to enhance the level of services for the graduates of the College of Sciences to align with the job market.
Continuous collaboration with the scientific departments is underway to improve the curricula, ensuring alignment with international universities to enhance the level of the College of Sciences graduates. The goal is to have graduates who are distinguished and capable of creativity and innovation, constantly evaluating themselves through the development of a comprehensive system to measure and assess the targeted educational outcomes of the college. This is achieved through providing technical support and scientific follow-up, with precision and transparency, to meet the quality performance standards for all elements of the educational process and its outcomes.

Applying analysis mechanisms to test results.
