Officially announcing  the annual Festival of the  Faculty of Arts and Media

On Thursday morning, May 18th, the Higher Preparatory Committee of the Festival of the Faculty of Arts and Media held a press conference to announce the events and details of the second edition of the festival, to be held under the theme "Peace is made with Art and Science". The conference was held at the  Faculty's headquarters in the presence of representatives of sponsors and supporters of the festival along with the members of the committee.

The Dean of the  Faculty, Dr. Abdel Hakim Madi, explained  that the forum was postponed for several years due to the lack of financial support, but the new developments represented in  the efforts and offers of donors and supporting companies, preparations started for almost two consecutive months in  preparations for the second season of the festival after three years of hold. The festival will start , This month and lasts for 3 days. Included in the program paragraphs and performances of the provided by  students of the scientific departments of the  Faculty with all its departments. The Dean,  further, clarified that the teachers' were asked to make up for the  lost lectures during the festival days.

On the sidelines of the festival, a ceremony honoring the graduates of the years 2011 to 2017 will be held, to  honor  faculty members, retired staff, and a number of the deans of the  Faculty who have been rotating over the past years.

It should be noted that the first version of the Coral Arts and Media was held in mid-June 2014, it included the work of students along with  activities of cultural media and technical variety.
