The Activity Department plans and organizes activities and manages various university events by working side by side with students to organize and prepare for them. Tasks
The Activity Department urges students to be creative, innovative, distinguished, and make the best use of their free time. In order to practice their hobbies and develop their talents to build a balanced and integrated personality. To be qualified for positive interaction and competition in society, the department’s tasks are summarized as follows:1. Preparing, following up and supervising a time plan for scientific, sporting, cultural, artistic and recreational events and activities inside and outside the college.2. Drawing up the policy of the activity department in light of the programs presented by the activity coordinators in the departments3. Approving the work programs of the various activity department councils and following up on their implementation4. Coordination with the Deanship of the College in all matters related to public activities.5. Disseminating and organizing sports, social and cultural activities, raising their level and encouraging those who excel in them6. Encouraging student initiatives, adopting them, and working to implement them in coordination with the Deanship of the College.7. Organizing field trips and visits to museums, exhibitions, and cultural and historical places, in order to introduce students to different cultures and expand students’ awareness.8.
